This is pretty much the same bar I've been using while going through NF with my monk. Except that I use something else instead of Cure Hex (haven't got round to buying EotN yet). It works very well, and when not playing monk I slap this bar on a hero monk.

Guys, as Tommy (one of the better monks in existence) once said, (not verbatim), monk bars are cluttered enough, maximize skill usage.
I'm seeing a lot of bars here with holy haste and the like.
Your bars should be maximizing your damage mitigation and healing when necessary, and should not include skills to supplant other skills on the bar.
This can be excepted with something like Healer's Boon and Heal Party, but this whole Holy Haste+LoD has got to go.
LoD is dead people, stop hitting the poor bastard.

1. No (good) human monk use HH+LoD. That build is saved for pure heal heroes if you ever want to pure heal hero in certain situations.
2. GoLE and Healers Boon have the exact same problem as HH. They're dead slots on your bar that only serve to buff other skills on your bar, so I fail to see your point.

^ That's when I don't feel like trying (NM). Usually just sit backline and LoD-bot while the hench monk picks up my slack. Not that much damage gets through... minions are always dispensable. Typically just run all Radiant + Attunement for runs and one Minor Healing Prayers. If I know I might actually have to.. you know, DO something, I'll swap LoD for WoH.
If I'm playing a little HM and I know I'll need to Prot, I'll usually load up something like this:
[skill]Dismiss Condition[/skill][skill]Zealous Benediction[/skill][skill]Gift of Health[/skill][skill]Rebirth[/skill][skill]Reversal of Fortune[/skill][skill]Protective Spirit[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Aegis[/skill]
And if I know there is a lot of melee that I'm going to have to Prot through, I may swap ZB for SoD, or just trade GoH for Guardian.
But hey, I hardly know what I'm doing.

As a small prot, rof is amazing for negating low to mid amounts of damage and can be amazing if used properly. You're going to want some form of healing. This comes in effect of having a skill like WoH, dwaynas kiss, etc. Make sure you have at least one heal that can target yourself incase the other monk is out of action for a little bit. Youre going to want some kind of condition removal. Dismiss Condition, Mend condition, Mend ailment to a lesser extent are all great at this with dismiss probably being the frontrunner due to having the prots benefit and self targeting. Youre going to want hex removal. If you have access to it, cure hex is probably the most amazing PvE hex removal you can have due to it having a healing benefit to it as well and with a 40/40 healing set, this can be easily spammed in heavy hex areas. and finally, you're going to want either partywide defense or partywide healing. Aegis and Heal Party can easily be swapped out in one another's spot for pve and have a similar result.
My bar I run (I know Divine runs a similar bar to this) goes like this:
Template Code = OwYT04nCxZTrR2Izkpf9IggMAA
14 Healing (12+1+1)
11 Prot (10+1)
9 Divine (8+1)
Dismiss Condition
Word of Healing [E]
Dwayna's Kiss
Reversal of Fortune
Cure Hex
Prot Spirit / Spirit Bond
Aegis / Heal Party
Glyph of Lesser Energy
This bar is an amazing PvE bar and compliments itself very well. It takes care of the fundimentals I pointed out which is what youre looking for in a PvE monk bar. It is effective in that it is not very energy heavy and can be run by heroes very very well and actually gets better with multiple copies of this build. I used to run LoD in place of WoH and not run HP at all, but with the recent change, this bar is more efficent than a LoD+Holy Haste bar.

You can use it as a big party heal, and still spec Aegis on your bar. Also, Healer's Boon will make Dwaynas heal on Infuse levels.
That is, if you're in need of a party heal.

The only difference is that LoD is not within an earshot as Aegis is.

Usually use that on monks, that and one of Sab's rit healers make for some fine healing. When there's still too much damage I put more heal/prot on off monk characters. I never take 2 monks. I tend to switch elites depending on the area.

and the epic will fail more...
11 blood, 11+1+1 divine, 8+1 protection
- Offering of Blood
- RoF
- Signet of Devotion
- Gaurdian
- Dismiss Condition
- prot spirit
- remove hex
- divine boon
sorry... had to do this...
but still works in normal mode
a real old build i used in the past, beated shiro with it when my monk was still 2 weeks old;
12+1+1 healing, 10+1 protection, 8+1 divine, 2 restoration
- Healing Light
- RoF
- Orison of Healing
- Signet of Devotion
- Prot Spirit
- Healing Seed
- Mend Ailment
- rebirth / Flesh of my Flesh
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...Wars/gw087.jpg
nowaday i use more a WoH build;
12+1+1 healing, 9+1 protection, 9+1 divine
- WoH
- RoF
- Infuse Health / Heal Other
- Dismiss Condition
- Gaurdian / Aegis
- Prot Spirit
- Cure Hex
- Optional, mostly sig of cap or Summon ... At other times GoLE
And it doesn't matter much what kinda build you use, aslong as you can hold your energy up and hold your team alive while they do the killing. (or help them with killing with your pve optional skill )

Thought I'd add:
Mo/Any, Basic WoH bar.
Xandra/Razah: Splinter weapon, ancestor's rage. Rest doesn't really matter
Melonni/Kahmu: Any dervish build, melandru/reaper's/wounding is what I've used
Melonni/Kahmu: Same as above.
Any henchies you like, the damage the dervishes deal will be enough to kill.

Been using this in PvE lately:
[skill]Reversal of Fortune[/skill][skill]Guardian[/skill][skill]Word of healing[/skill][skill]Dismiss Condition[/skill][skill]Cure Hex[/skill][skill]Protective Spirit[/skill][skill]Aegis[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill]
Found that I didn't need any more heals other than WoH and RoF. Kinda of disappointing to me somewhat that I'm using only 2 healing prayers spells and the rest are prot, but I've found that this bar works out the best for me.
Also been fiddling around with:
[skill]Orison of healing[/skill][skill]Ethereal Light[/skill][skill]dismiss condition[/skill][skill]cure hex[/skill][skill]healer's boon[/skill][skill]protective spirit[/skill][skill]Heal party[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill]
Been liking the WoH bar a lot more, despite the lack of a party heal. I miss pre-nerf LoD. (The first bar I posted was just my old LoD bar with WoH instead of LoD :\, can't believe it took me several weeks to get to that bar. Would have posted earlier, but forgot.)

I used to run LoD hybrid on my heroes before the nerf:
D kiss
LoD
Dismiss condition
Cure hex
Gole
Spirit bond
Aegis
Res chant
After the nerf I just use 3 necros and hench monks.
SS/barbs/MoP
N/Rt healer/spoil victor
Jagged bomber with aegis and PS.
And im SF elly usually with aegis and breath of the great dwarf in my utility slots.
I have a monk too, this is all he runs:
Blessed sig
SoA
Prot spirit
Spirit bond
Spell breaker
Fleeting stability
Balth Spirit
Blessed Aura
With my smiter hero ofc XD.

Oh I know. I just find it kinda strange using a +2 headgear (1+1) for an attribute I'm only spending 2 skill slots on :P (Was that way with my old LoD bar as well)

1) Reversal of Fortune
2) Dwayna's Kiss
3) Light of Deliverance
4) Protective Spirit

6) Technobabble/"You Move Like a Dwarf" (interrupt)
7) Shield of Absorption
8) Aegis

Here's what I run in PvE
Divine Favor 9+1, Healing Prayers 12+2, Protection 9+1
1) Word of Healing [Elite]
2) Cure Hex
3) Mend Condition
4) Reversal of Fortune
5) Shield of Absorption
6) Spirit Bond / Prot Spirit
7) Heal Party/Aegis
8) Glyph of Lesser Energy
My current standard. SoA is godly in PvE, and I prefer to use hex/condi removals that push the red bards up. Heal Party is great pressure relief but sometimes Aegis is better for more physical centered areas. My monk hero Tahlkora runs the same bar as me but is given Prot spirit and Aegis because its easy for a Hero to burn out their energy with a 2 sec recharge spirit bond or a 15 energy heal party.
I use Tahlkora almost everywhere except for Prophecies where the damage heros are so ungodly aweful you're better off just taking 2 monk henchies and 3 offensive heros.
Offensive Heros
Master of Whispers
Necromancer/Monk
Soul Reaping 8+1, Curses 12+2, Healing Prayers 10
1) Spiteful Spirit [Elite]
2) Barbs
3) Enfeebling Blood
4) Rip Enchantment
5) Reckless Haste
6) Signet of Lost Souls
7) Heal Party
9) Resurrection Signet
My most used hero I bring him almost everywhere.
Olias
Necromancer/Monk
Soul Reaping 8+1, Death Magic 12+2, Healing Prayers 10
1) Animate Vampiric Horror
2) Animate Shambling Horror
3) Animate Bone Fiend
4) Word of Healing [Elite]
5) Blood of the Master
6) Verata's Gaze / Cure Hex
7) Signet of Lost Souls
8) Resurrection Signet
I bring this MM almost anytime I can get away with it as Minions + Barbs = things die really fast. The problems is that minions can get nuked or beatdown too fast versus some mobs. There's also mobs that don't have corpses. When I run into these situations this hero sits out.
General Morgahn
Paragon/Warrior
Leadership 11+1, Spear Mastery 10+2, Tactics 10
1) Holy Spear
2) Wild Throw
3) Merciless Spear
4) Defensive Anthem [Elite]/Stunning Strike[Elite]
5) "Watch Yourself!"
6) "Shields Up!"
7) Flail
8) Resurrection Signet
My hardmode wall. I only bring Stunning Strike when I really need the daze. Typically this guy just allows my team to tank the insane physical pressure some mobs output while still being an offensive character.
Koss
Warrior/Ranger
Strength 12, Hammer Mastery 12+2
1) Earth Shaker [Elite]
2) Mokele Smash
3) Counter Blow
4) Enraging Charge
5) Endure Pain
6) "For Great Justice!"
7) Antidote Signet
9) Resurrection Signet
Good if I can setup a cornerblock. AoE knockdown is a great way to kill monks and lessen the damage my team takes all in one. I usually take vs more balanced groups that have really grouped physical pressure or vs dungeon bosses that can be knocked down.
Gwen
Mesmer/Assassin
Fast Casting 8+1, Domination Magic 12+2, Deadly Arts 10
1) Aneurysm
2) Energy Burn
3) Blackout
4) Power Spike
5) Backfire
6) Shatter Enchantment
7) Assassin's Promise [Elite]
8) Resurrection Signet
This is my monk anticaster. Usually I'll use barbs/minions to just power down through mobs healing. A few places though you can't get the minions going and the monks have enough anti physical that Koss/Morgahn + SS just can't do enough fatal damage. Gwen is able to destroy multi-monk groups. Assassin's Promise is on the bar so gwen doesn't just become useless versus the other mobs in the mission/zone it lets her at least Energy Burn + Aneurysm every monster.
Henchmen
Prophecies - Orion is the only halfway usefull hench. I take Orion, 2 monk hench, and the Necro hench for blood rit. Little Thom might get to come if he learned how to use his healing signet. This is the only campain where I don't use my monk hero.
Factions - The henchmen here are only a slight improvement to the Prophecies ones. As such Argo and Cynn are the best when you can use them. Daeman is decent but after that there is a drop off. I usually just take whatever leftover Ele.Mes/Nec and add them to the party.
Nightfall - Finally, henchmen that do something. Cynn, Herta, Sogolon actually have usefull abilities. After that I take Eve for her blood rit.
Eye of the North - Zho, Aidan, and Hetra are good for rounding out the team, the last whatever I randomly feel like

god i've seen some terribad builds lately. do some of you put togehter your skillbar with your eyes closed?
healing breeze is a bad, inefficient skill. please stop putting it on your bar to counter degen, and bring condition/hex removal instead. also aegis in ab is...well uselss. its just begging for a sin to inturrupt you and pwn your face in. if you really want your own little chance to block...bring guardian.
anyways. lately i've been doing little more than abing/pveing because i've been out of the game since august, and need to get my monk legs back.
so, without further ado, my lovely pve build:
mo/e 11/11/12 (i think..too lazy to load game, want sleep.)
healer's boon[e]
dwaynas kiss
orison
dismiss condition
rof
heal party
protective spirit
gole
oh and my 'make luxons angry as they try for 5mins to kill me build.'
mo/w
enough in tactics to get to 3secs of stance, 10divine, rest divided evenly b/w prot/heal. (more in heal if it doesnt come out even..dun remember)
woh[e]
sig of rejuv
dismiss condition
cure hex
rof
sheild of absorp.
prot spirit
disiplined stance
